FuckinGooglExperiment

FuckinGGoogleExperiment uses data from stock market and investigates the relationship between corporations such as Google and the art world.
COMPARE THE CHANGE IN GOOG STOCK PRICE WITH CHANGE OF GOOGLE'S PR STRATEGY.
FGE shows that digital culture can be perceived as a kind of symbolic superstructure which expresses social order and functions as a foundation of economic reality based on domination and colonization. In this context, the project considers attitudes towards corporate PR strategies and the use of mass media.

Crawling of Google's PR strategies

Crawler searches for websites with data that show PR strategies of Google, especially its self-portrayal as a patron of art.

By displaying specific examples, FGE shows that digital culture can be perceived as a kind of symbolic superstructure which expresses social order and functions as a foundation of economic reality based on domination and colonization. Google and NSA

The line between government and corporation is blurred because US spying agencies have access to all of Google's stored data. It is not a secret that Google corporation has signed contracts with NSA - National Security Agency  (using middlemen such as In-Q-Tel and Visible Technologies) that provide an access for the majority of records stored in Google servers.

NSA created program that's suck up vast swaths of data from Google, Yahoo etc. servers overseas. The best wunderbar piece in the category Art, Music, Movie, Performance, Business and Others hahaha}
In this slide from a NSA presentation on "Google Cloud Exploitation," a sketch shows where the "Public Internet" meets the internal "Google Cloud" where user data resides. In hand-printed letters, the drawing notes that encryption is "added and removed here!".

Cryptography and free space

Cryptography is the ultimate form of non-violent direct action! There are math problems that you can create that even the strongest state cannot break. Cryptography allows to create regions free from the coercive force of the outer state. Free from mass interception. Free from state control. Be Random. Don't Let Politicians and Economists Hack Your Activity!
